And honestly, one of the best things about Christmas in the Cotswolds is being able to enjoy all the festive stalls and twinkly lights with your four-legged sidekick trotting along beside you. Here are some of the best festive events you can enjoy together this year.

The Christmas Market returns to Heritage House – a wonderful opportunity to discover thoughtful gifts for everyone on your list. Immerse yourself in the spirit of the season with festive food and drink, demonstrations and more.
Entry is £25.00 and includes a glass of fizz or a sparkling non-alcoholic alternative on arrival.

 

Winchcombe Christmas Festival and Market. Christmas in the Cotswolds

28th & 29th November 2025.

28th November, 17:00–20:00: Sparkling Christmas trees line the streets of Winchcombe town centre, where shopkeepers, pubs, café owners, stallholders and local residents get into the festive spirit. There are over 40 market stalls laden with gifts and festive food, late-night shopping, carol singing and live music.

29th November, 10:00–17:00: More festive fun and further opportunities for Christmas shopping on the Saturday.

28th November & 5th December 2025, 16:30–20:30.

Enjoy a festive visit to the village of Broadway and soak up the seasonal atmosphere. It’s a wonderful opportunity to shop in some lovely independent stores. Expect a charming festive ambiance, beautiful Christmas lights, music, mulled wine, seasonal food, great shops and eateries. Plus reindeer, Father Christmas and much more.

Cirencester Advent Market, Christmas in the Cotswolds

29th & 30th November 2025.
Cirencester Advent Market, 10:00–18:00 (16:00).

 

The Advent Market and Light Switch-On event, including a street market, will be held over two days with more than 200 stalls, music, live performances, street entertainment, activities, big screens and much more. The town centre will be closed to traffic, and stalls will extend from Castle Street to the top of Cricklade Street and throughout the length of the Market Place, as far as the Fleece Hotel.

5th December 2025, 17:30–20:30.

Join this exciting Christmas Market filled with unique gifts, festive stalls and plenty of Christmas cheer. Experience the magic of the season as Tetbury comes alive with twinkling lights and music. Enjoy a festive evening in the heart of the town and come together as we count down to the Christmas lights switch-on at The Market House at 18:00.

 

Chipping Campden Christmas Market. Christmas in the Cotswolds

6th December 2025, 12:00–17:00.

Chipping Campden becomes a festive wonderland on the first Saturday in December when the Christmas Market takes place. The High Street is closed to traffic all day, with stalls offering an enticing array of goods and attractions. Food stalls serving festive food and drink are set up in the Market Square, and there is an indoor market on both floors of the Town Hall.
