The Berry Head Hotel is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Brixham, a historic fishing port and a charming little town with its narrow streets and colourful terraced houses. Walking in the town, you won’t miss the Golden Hind, one of only two full sized replicas in the world of 16th century explorer Sir Francis Drake’s famous ship. It’s also well-placed for visiting the Greenway House, a holiday home of Agatha Christie looked after by the National Trust.
